I originally found and did use instructions for replacing the door handle off of the www.siennachat.com site. Only the release of the latch to open the door didnt work I got a small mirror and set it inside the lower hole behind the mechanism that the cable went to and while messing around found the slight piece of metal that lays right on that first mechanism that the cable attatches to. I pushed that piece of metal with a flat head screw driver and it opened the hatch. I wish I had some pics to go buy and unfortunately at dusk when I decided to attempt this task, my cell phone pictures are dark and grainy. The majority of them came out well enough to see but some didnt. Hopefully the next person who takes on this repair will get and post a great tutorial on fixing this irritating problem with the sienna door handles.. I had gotten down to two functioning handles and had to replace the hatch one at least! so I am now working with a driver door and a passenger slide door and a hatch. the driver slide side door outside handle broke and the inner passenger front door handle broke so I still have those yet to replace.
