Then pry and pull the side trim off of window , at the top just by the bend, there are two tabs that slide in and out from under the top trim. I then grabbed with both hands the lower door trim at the window edge and started pulling and it removed easily. check to make sure you havent dropped any of the white tabs that hold your door panel on , one of mine fell on the ground and I found it later when doing another step.
